About the role
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the collection and analysis of requirements for blockchain derivative products (e.g., DeFi derivatives, on-chain strategy products), and define clear product design objectives.
Conduct in-depth analysis of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other major public chain technologies and competing products; produce competitive analysis reports and refine product directions.
Proficiently use tools such as prototyping, flowcharts, and mind maps; manage the requirement backlog, and coordinate development and testing efforts.
Participate in requirement screening and prioritisation; coordinate with UI, development, testing and other teams to ensure successful product launches.
Participate in test case reviews to ensure that cases cover core business requirements.
Develop a deep understanding of digital currencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, and maintain a strong sensitivity to industry trends.
Job Requirements:
3–5 years of project experience; bachelor degree or above, preferably in software/computer science or related fields.
Experience with Web3/blockchain projects (e.g., DeFi, exchanges, wallets) is preferred.
Proficient in using at least one tool for prototyping (Axure / Mockingbot), flowcharting (Visio / ProcessOn), and mind mapping (XMind / GitMind / MindMaster).
Familiar with product prototyping and solution design; understand software development processes and standards; possess good documentation and learning abilities.
Able to use AI to assist in requirement analysis, PRD writing, and competitive analysis, or knowledgeable about the AI+Web3 direction – preferred.
Capable of accurately identifying product highlights, with strong learning, innovation, and analytical skills.
Maintain a positive attitude, with good communication, coordination, and self-management skills.
Putonghua speaking is a MUST.
