We are currently looking for Trade Finance & Credit Specialist, the details Job responsibilities as below:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage international trade settlement for Complete Built Unit (CBU) and Knocked-Down (KD) vehicle orders across designated markets.

Evaluate distributors' creditworthiness, trade settlement requirements, and financing proposals, coordinating with internal stakeholders to support credit assessment and settlement approvals.

Coordinate trade finance activities with banking partners, including international trade settlement matters and the utilization of global banking resources.

Oversee the end-to-end Letter of Credit (L/C) process, including L/C review, consolidation of terms, receipt, document preparation and presentation, compliance monitoring, collection management, and payment follow-up.

Monitor and analyze trade settlement and L/C-related risks, identify improvement opportunities, and drive process optimization to strengthen risk management and operational efficiency.

Track monthly shipment plans and ensure the timely availability of funding, Letters of Credit, and approved credit facilities to support vehicle deliveries.

Manage financial transactions with distributors and overseas subsidiaries, including but not limited to bill acceptance, credit limit administration, L/C information maintenance, payment allocation, credit utilization, and reconciliation.

Support overseas subsidiaries and distributors in establishing and improving regional trade settlement frameworks, financial processes, and credit management systems.

Review, standardize, and continuously improve Letter of Credit procedures and international trade settlement workflows.

Collaborate with banking partners on regional trade finance matters and maintain effective relationships with external financial institutions.

Support the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of trade settlement and finance-related functions within the Dealer Management System (DMS) and other sales systems.

Assist in the implementation and administration of export credit insurance programs.

Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as required by management.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, International Trade, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–8 years of experience in international trade finance, trade settlement, banking operations, export/import finance, or the automotive industry.

Solid understanding of international trade settlement processes, including Letters of Credit (L/C), documentary collections, international payments, trade finance, and Incoterms.

Experience working with distributors, overseas subsidiaries, financial institutions, or international banking partners is highly preferred.

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English as a working language; proficiency in Chinese or any additional European language is an advantage.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, and cross-cultural environment.
