We believe in the power of programmable assets and that traditional financial instruments will originated, transacted and served better leveraging emerging technologies such as blockchain. Our approach to building market infrastructure is one of partnership with the industry and in 2024 have successfully launched our first market-wide platform for funds, with credit and structured products to follow 2025 onwards.

Data services: AI powered structured data and extraction tools
Funds & transaction management: operating Fundnode, a funds transaction management and settlement platform
Digital Assets: multi-asset tokenization, record keeping and asset servicing
We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who is passionate about building reliable, scalable, and secure cloud platforms. In this role, you'll work closely with our engineering and infrastructure teams to design, automate, and continuously improve our cloud environments and deployment processes.
You'll thrive in this role if you have strong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and observability, along with a mindset focused on platform reliability, operational excellence, and security.

Key Responsibilities
Be responsible for the reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of critical systems and services.
Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms.
Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines to support safe, repeatable, and efficient software delivery.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployment, monitoring, and operational workflows using tools such as Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD platforms.
Review cloud deployment architectures and provide recommendations to improve reliability, scalability, maintainability, and security.
Define and implement DevOps best practices for Cloud, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, release management, and environment management.
Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive preventive improvements.
Implement observability practices including logging, monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and SLO/SLA tracking.
Support incident response, change management, deployment planning, and production readiness reviews.
Work closely with engineering teams to improve developer experience, deployment velocity, system resilience, and operational efficiency.
Support vulnerability remediation and security hardening in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with security, compliance, partners, vendors, and external assessors to support audits, reviews, questionnaires, and technical assurance discussions.
Document infrastructure architecture, operational procedures, runbooks, and platform standards.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, container orchestration, and cloud-native deployment patterns.
Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines or similar.
Good understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, certificates, firewalls, private connectivity, and cloud security groups.
Experience operating production systems with high availability, monitoring, alerting, backup, disaster recovery, and incident management practices.
Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Datadog, ELK or similar.
Good understanding of cloud security and Kubernetes security best practices.
Ability to work with engineering teams to troubleshoot application, infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues.
Ability to communicate technical risks, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with external vendors, auditors, customers, or security assessors is a plus.
Familiarity with SAST, DAST, SCA, vulnerability scanning, container image scanning, and cloud security posture management tools is a plus.
Professional certifications in Cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps, Cloud, or Cybersecurity are a plus.
Familiarity with regulatory or security frameworks such as MAS TRM, GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, or equivalent is a plus.
