About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Internal Communications professional to drive employee communications and engagement across DBS Tech India. This role will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing communication campaigns, supporting leadership communications, and executing employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, connectivity, and organizational alignment.

The ideal candidate will be a strong storyteller, excellent stakeholder manager, and experienced communications practitioner who can work across multiple channels to deliver impactful employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communication Strategy & Campaigns

Support the development and execution of DBS Tech India's internal communications strategy.

Plan and execute organization-wide communication campaigns aligned to business priorities.

Manage end-to-end communication requests from internal stakeholders.

Drive awareness and engagement initiatives that support organizational goals and employee experience.

Content Development & Editorial Management

Create and curate engaging content across internal communication channels.

Write and edit newsletters, leadership messages, articles, employee stories, announcements, and campaign assets.

Maintain editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.

Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and communications standards across channels.

Digital & Employee Communication Channels

Manage and enhance employee engagement through channels such as:

Newsletters

Podcasts

Microsites

EDMs (Email Direct Mailers)

Monitor channel performance and recommend improvements based on engagement metrics.

Drive adoption and effectiveness of internal communication platforms.

Leadership Communications

Partner with senior leaders to develop impactful leadership communications.

Support town halls, leadership visits, and strategic communication initiatives.

Provide communications advisory support to stakeholders on messaging and engagement approaches.

Draft talking points, speeches, FAQs, and leadership updates.

Employee Engagement & Events

Support planning and communication for employee engagement programs and corporate initiatives.

Manage communications for town halls, leadership visits, culture programs, and key organizational events.

Develop communication plans and collateral to drive participation and engagement.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Governance, Analytics & Continuous Improvement

Maintain content governance, communication standards, and best practices.

Track campaign performance and communication effectiveness using engagement metrics.

Generate insights and recommendations to continuously improve communication channels and employee experience.

Measure success of campaigns and report outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related field.

3–6 years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employer Branding, Marketing Communications, or a related role.

Proven ability to develop compelling content for diverse audiences.

Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with digital communication platforms, content management systems, and email communication tools.

Familiarity with analytics and performance measurement is preferred.
