About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and UIKit and/or SwiftUI.
Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications for retail and corporate banking customers.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, cybersecurity teams, QA engineers, and solution architects throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
Implement secure authentication, authorization, and session management mechanisms.
Integrate mobile applications with enterprise backend systems and third-party services.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement timely resolutions.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and secure development practices.
Develop unit tests, automation tests, and support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical retrospectives.
Maintain technical documentation and support production releases.
Requirements
3-5 years of hands-on experience developing native iOS applications.
Secure Mobile Application Development, Mobile application security best practices
Secure coding principles, Data encryption at rest and in transit, Certificate pinning
Keychain and Secure Enclave on iOS, Biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID)
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, or SAML
JSON Web Tokens (JWT), API security, OWASP Mobile Top 10
Experience in Mobile/Internet banking application, Fraud Detection, Mobile Security – Maleware detection, threat detection.
Experience in Zimperium, vKey product or any other mobile threat detection protect.
Secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC), Vulnerability remediation and code scanning
Strong proficiency in Swift, UIKit and/or SwiftUI, Objective-C, Xcode,
Proficiency in Android Studio, Android (Kotlin/Java) is added advantage.
Good understanding of iOS application architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and JSON-based web services.
Experience using Git and collaborative source control workflows.
Good understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Development experience in Android / Harmony OS Mobile Development is added advantage.
Good communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
