Job Purpose:
This role is integral to DBS's mission of building a world-leading wealth management platform. As part of this role you will be tasked to define, refine, and execute you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of the Advisory platform used by Private Bank (PB) frontline teams . You will play a key role in enhancing the employee journey for Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors by supporting platform enhancements, gathering business requirements, and ensuring smooth implementation of changes. This role provides an opportunity to gain exposure to wealth advisory processes, platforms, and end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Journey Mapping & Optimization :
Develop and refine comprehensive customer and employee journey roadmap across channels.
Identify pain points and process :optimization opportunities for improvements to enhance the user experience and uplift the RMs productivity.
Delivery & Execution
Plan and conduct interactive workshops to document the “As-is” processes & workflows.
Define “To-be” journey along with design team with clear segregation on dependent systems.
Work closely with delivery team to convert collected requirements into clear user stories, use cases & acceptance criteria.
Strong delivery governance to track key SDLC milestones, release dates. Proactive in highlighting any risks or challenges.
Maintain product backlog and prioritization within allocated delivery squads.
Conceptualising and implementing change management initiatives aimed at usage of wealth platform
Stakeholder Management
Engage with key stakeholders (including senior stakeholders) to gather & understand the detailed business & technology requirement.
Build strong relationship with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objective and priorities.
Running and participating in regular stakeholder engagement forums.
Journey walkthrough with all stakeholders, take their feedback & ensure proper sign off.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Regular collaboration with design, technology & other stakeholders to manage product development
Maintain clear communication with teams to track the progress, address challenges and iterate on the solution.
Track Adoption and User Feedback
Ensure to track the product adoption after the launch. Ensure to meet the business benefits & highlight the gaps to achieve them.
Track user feedback & ensure them to include in backlog for prioritization.
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
0–2 years of experience in wealth management, banking, business analysis, or digital platforms.
Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of business analysis and process mapping.
Interest in wealth management and advisory platforms.
Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
