Location : Remote, LATAM

Engagement Type : Full-Time (one-month project)

The Work

(What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)

Design an immersive web experience that brings a large-scale thought leadership report to life through clear, engaging visual storytelling.

Create responsive page designs for desktop and mobile in Figma using an established design system.

Design a downloadable report that feels like a natural extension of the digital experience.

Translate complex information into layouts that are intuitive, highly scannable, and visually compelling.

Partner closely with Motion Designers and cross-functional teams throughout the design process.

Prepare production-ready Figma files for handoff and support visual QA during implementation.

Needed Expertise

(What you need to succeed in the role)

Extensive experience designing responsive digital experiences in Figma.

Comfortable working within established design systems and component libraries.

Exceptional visual design skills, including layout, typography, hierarchy, and information architecture.

Ability to transform complex content into clear, engaging visual experiences.

Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.

Clear communication skills and confidence presenting design decisions.

Not Required But Nice To Have Expertise
