Site Business Controller

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Business Controller to join our Finance team controlling key warehouse operation site. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy, driving operational efficiency, and improving site-level profitability through close collaboration with both Finance and Operation teams. You will report to Korea Finance Manager and work closely with three other team members.

Key responsibilities

Ensure the accuracy, completeness of financial data by establishing and maintaining effective internal controls.

Support the monthly financial closing process by overseeing and reviewing activities performed by GSC (Global service center).

Advise and support day-to-day accounting in close collaboration with GSC

Identify areas for process improvement and implement financial controls to enhance operational efficiency.

Analyze site-level profitability and provide financial guidance to the operations team to support business decisions.

What we are looking for

4–10 years of experience in Finance or logistics, warehousing industry.

Experience in Big 4 accounting firms, Process improvement consulting is a plus.

Hands on experience with financial or operation systems

Language : Fluent in Korean and able to communicate effectively in English

Self-starter with strong ownership and the ability to work independently as well as in a team

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple priorities

Able to work under pressure and ability to overcome challenges with positive mindset
