Job Purpose

Drive initiatives aligned with business objectives to achieve leadership in the banking sector. Ensure effective branch management, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Management

Plan weekly branch visits and monthly morning meetings; Activate RM/PB through lead generation and joint calls; Review branch and resource performance with CH as needed; Document branch meetings via Cogent/mails.

Lead generation/logins

Plan activities to achieve two calls and appointments daily; Communicate document requirements to customers and follow up; Ensure document completeness and arrange pickups.

Cross Selling

Provide financial products like Insurance, CASA, Credit Cards, and Asset Products; Monitor and track leads for cross-selling opportunities.

Renewals

CAM conditions review/OBA review

Conduct monthly churn and conditions reviews; Justify OBA waivers or inform customers of penalties; Ensure compliance with CAM conditions.

Call Memos

List quarterly call memos and review ASR/ACR conditions; Meet customers to understand business issues; Upload call memos for endorsement.

Portfolio Management and Housekeeping (HK)

Reduce housekeeping items; Close critical and high-aging items.

Stock insurance/property insurance

Communicate premiums and collect required documents; Submit documents to operations.

Delinquency management

Contact customers for interest servicing and follow up rigorously; Coordinate with branches and credit managers for joint visits; Complaints: CRM / MD / PNO / CRO; Analyze complaints and resolve them after customer discussions.

Prepare monthly renewal lists and work proactively; Communicate document requirements and follow up twice weekly; Analyze financials, address issues, and ensure document completeness; Submit documents to operations and manage post-login formalities.
