We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in a full-time permanent position. This is a hands-on retail role that combines showroom sales, customer service, stock handling and general store operations. You’ll combine customer-facing sales with hands-on warehouse work, by driving sales, managing stock and taking ownership of the full customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
Welcoming customers and providing outstanding service
Assisting with product selection and showroom sales
Providing product and design advice where appropriate
Processing sales and customer orders via POS systems
Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards
Assisting with stock handling, transfers and order preparation
Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
Receiving and unpacking deliveries
Supporting general warehouse and store operations
Assisting with customer enquiries, phone calls and follow-ups
Supporting showroom stock replenishment and presentation
Assisting with stocktakes and cycle counts
What We’re Looking For
Previous retail sales or customer service experience
Ability to balance sales activity with operational/warehouse tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and team-oriented approach
Confidence using computer systems and POS software
High attention to detail across orders, stock and customer interactions
Ability to multitask and work in a busy retail environment
Availability to work Saturdays as part of a roster
Forklift licence (advantageous)
Physical Requirements of the Role
This role includes a combination of showroom and warehouse duties and involves regular standing, walking and manual handling tasks, including safely lifting and moving products up to 15–20kg. Reasonable adjustments will be considered in accordance with applicable workplace and anti-discrimination legislation.
