Key Responsibilities:
Manage installation and service operations
Coordinate with clients and internal teams
Lead and supervise Service Engineers
Plan engineer deployment and service schedules
Handle service documentation and reports
Conduct recruitment and training of service staff
Monitor team performance and incentives
Control service department expenses
Organize operator training programs
Improve service processes using Odoo/ERP
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team management
Excellent communication and coordination
Knowledge of installation and after-sales service
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience with Odoo/ERP systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
