About the role
The Sales Enablement, Pricing, and Transformation (SPT) team provides business analysis, decision support, and strategic insights to accelerate Global Commercial Services (GCS) growth while strengthening compliance and control.
The Senior Manager, Strategic Projects within SPT Sales Enablement will partner with U.S. SME Sales and Account Development to shape and advance business-critical priorities across the organization. Reporting directly to the VP of SPT Sales Enablement, this individual will bring a strategic consulting mindset and operate as a chief-of-staff style advisor - helping translate ambiguous business needs into structured problem statements, executive-ready recommendations, and actionable plans. S(he) will serve as a thought partner to U.S. SME leadership while bringing strong PMO discipline to ensure clear governance, cross-functional alignment, and measurable progress across multiple workstreams. The Manager will work closely with partners across Operational Excellence, U.S. SME Commercial Effectiveness & Governance, SABE, Finance, and other supporting teams.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in strategic consulting, business transformation, or sales strategy, with the ability to structure complex issues, synthesize insights, influence stakeholders, and drive practical solutions. S(he) will possess strong thought leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven record of operating independently and collaborating effectively in a highly matrixed team environment.
5+ years of experience in field of revenue operations, consulting, marketing or related fields
Strategic: Ability to adopt a broad view and link business strategies to initiatives. Strong grasp of the sales organizations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Communication: Outstanding ability to write compelling messages addressed to various audiences within the organization
Project Management: Strong project management skills with proven record of successful results on complex, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
Customer Management: Proactively anticipate customer needs and deliver on the promise. Build strong business relationships, and influence to drive organization-wide and senior leader-level alignment; collaborate and demonstrate genuine teamwork within and outside the GCS organization
Results Oriented: Ability to manage multiple and complex workstreams and work across departmental boundaries and deliver a diverse set of initiatives that result in groundbreaking outcomes. Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast paced and highly matrixed environment

Undergraduate degree preferred
