Working closely with Recruitment, HR and business stakeholders, you will coordinate hiring activities and support day to day HR operations. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive approach will help to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and employees. Please note: Contract length is expected to be 12-18 months.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Coordination

Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, departments and locations, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and external vendors throughout the interview process.

Manage interview logistics for both virtual and onsite interviews, including technical assessments, coding interviews, and project-based evaluations.

Monitor interview schedules and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes.

Support candidates during the interview process by providing timely communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and partner with internal travel teams as needed.

Assist candidates with expense reimbursement processes and provide guidance on required documentation.

Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within Greenhouse and Workday.

Support recruitment events, including Super Days, hiring initiatives, and other talent acquisition programs.

Assist with special projects, process improvements, recruiting operations, and reporting initiatives.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

Partner with cross-functional teams including HR Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Workplace to coordinate onboarding logistics as needed.

Coordinate weekly orientation schedules and invitations.

Deliver new hire orientation sessions, introducing employees to company culture, policies, programs, and benefits.

Act as a trusted resource for new hires, helping them to navigate their transition into DRW and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.

HR Operations

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries relating to HR administration in Canada, including but not limited to benefits, employee data changes and employee documentation. Directing employees to the appropriate HR Center of Excellence as needed.

Support day-to-day HR transactions as requested.

Assist with employee offboarding processes such as system access coordination, and logistics.

Assist in ad hoc reporting requirements as needed.

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination, HR Operations, or related HR function.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate and employee first mindset.

Experience working with HRIS and ATS platforms such as Workday and Greenhouse.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Experience supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of basic reporting tools.
