现场服务应用工程师

Job Description

1.负责指定区域High-End LCMS产品的现场安装、操作培训、维修维护、应用支持（食品、环境方向）等工作，包括但不限于高效液相、三重四极杆质谱、飞行时间质谱、离子淌度等相关的硬件、软件及应用等；

2.及时解决客户问题，确保用户满意度，维护良好用户关系；

3.与其他部门同事协作，完成各项售后服务和支持项目；

4.按照公司流程有效的完成其他各项工作。

Qualifications

1.化学、药学、食品、生物学、相关专业本科及以上学历；

2.至少2年以上LC或LCMS操作使用经历或1年以上相关产品的售后服务经验，深入了解相关的仪器工作原理和日常维护操作；

3.喜欢技术钻研，动手能力强，对售后服务工作有兴趣；

4.具有优秀的口头表达和交流沟通能力；

5.具有良好的英文读写和一定的听说能力；

6.能适应高频次的出差节奏。
