Provide consultancy and services to the Cedar Creek Logistics team in process support to enable Operational excellence. The Logistics Engineer, Business Process enhancementsoperationsinAnalyst participates into new process changes to meet business needs and enhances the efficiency of the operation teams through process improvements. Serves as liaison to application support, in evaluating users’ business problems and data availability and recommending business systems solutions and processes. Participates in business systems/processes planning and prioritization.

Major Job duties/Responsibilities

Process Design, Development and Documentation, and Implementation

Provide input to development of global processes,

Develop and maintain regional processes

Assist in development of new process documentation

Lead or participate in projects

Carry out impact assessment and project/ process implementation

Carry out validation and leverage of solutions across Agilent

Leads Continual Process Improvement Activities

Perform process reviews and make process improvements/enhancements

Provide consulting and operational support to the business and operation staff,

Process and tool standardization,

Work with operation to ensure that the quality standards and business controls are in place.

Communicate system, policy, and process changes

Lead process improvements

Recommend system enhancement and work with global team on application solutions (MD50s)

SAP Super User community member

Training

Assist in curriculum design and training plan

Maintain training websites

Develop and assist in maintaining training material

Submit training material to ECO/Success Factors

Develop SAP skill training for the team (onboard training)

Reporting

Design, develop and maintain reports and web tools

Provide reporting consultation,

Analyze QuickSense KPI tool and help set goals and metrics.

Develop standard SAP reports

Maintain and perform periodic reports

Audit

Assist with SOX audit and coordinate with the SOX champion for compliance guidance

Ensures that the adequate process controls are in place in accordance with the compliance guidelines

Qualifications

Bachelors or equivalent

4+ years relevant experience

Strong SAP process knowledge, including transaction flows, testing, troubleshooting, and user support.

Experience with process design, documentation, standard work, and implementation.

Strong continuous improvement / Lean/root cause analysis mindset.

Ability to manage and analyze KPIs such as DEFOA, CRDD, OTP, productivity, quality, and inventory-related metrics.

Strong reporting and data skills: Excel, SAP reports, Quick Sense, Power BI, or similar tools.

Experience supporting training materials, onboarding curriculum, SOPs, work instructions, ECO / SuccessFactors updates, or similar training systems.

Ability to support SOX audits, process controls, compliance checks, and business control documentation.

Project coordination skills; someone who can work with operations, application support, global process owners, quality, engineering, and management.

Nice to have:

Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, medical device, pharma, or regulated logistics.

Prior SAP Super User experience.

Experience supporting distribution, cold chain, international shipping, dangerous goods, or high-volume warehouse operations.

Experience with MD50s, system enhancements, validation, or SAP change management.

Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $80,800.00 - $126,250.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
