Accounting Manager

We are looking for an experienced and thoughtful Accounting Manager to join the Buck Mason team and help support the next chapter of our growth. This role is for someone who takes pride in the details, believes strong processes create great businesses, and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and insight to the work behind the scenes. As an Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. You will own critical accounting processes, help strengthen systems and workflows, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and partner with teams across the business to support smart decision-making and responsible growth. The right person for this role is curious, entrepreneurial, and hands-on. You are someone who looks for ways to make things better, takes ownership of your work, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-moving environment. You care about the details while keeping sight of the bigger picture and helping build a strong foundation for Buck Mason’s continued success.

Sasha Koehn and Erik Allen Ford founded Buck Mason in 2013 to simplify the American wardrobe. Meeting as neighbors in Venice Beach, they started designing and selling clothes out of a small studio off Abbot Kinney Boulevard. Sasha built the website and Erik created the brand's first collection of jeans and tees. Taking an architectural approach to design, they built each piece to last far beyond a single season. Obsessed with quality, they worked with local mills and factories to create the finest fabrics down to the thread. Today, Buck Mason offers a broad range of clothing and accessories with a continued commitment to making high-quality, modern American classics.
