Data Analyst – Real Estate Sales & Business Intelligence
About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Sales & Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will analyze sales, inventory, customer, and market data to provide actionable insights that improve business performance and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, validate, and manage data from CRM, ERP, sales portals, and marketing platforms.
Analyze sales performance, lead generation, conversion rates, inventory movement, and customer trends.
Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Generate MIS reports and automate recurring reports to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and campaign performance.
Support forecasting, pricing strategies, and business planning through data-driven insights.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Management teams to deliver actionable business recommendations.
Required Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas)
SQL
Power BI or Tableau
Google Sheets
Basic Python or R (preferred)
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
Master's degree or Data Analytics certification is an advantage.
Experience
5–9 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS, or Business Intelligence.
Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
Experience with property sales analytics or sole-selling projects is an added advantage.
