About the role
Job Description:
Manage Customer and Sales requests for Commercial, Logistics, Technical and Service support. – Enter and Administrate orders
Support Customers and the Sales team with order processing, general pre-sales & post-sales queries, stock levels, credit information, logistics and basic product information with the objective of continuous improvement and maximizing customer's satisfaction. Detect all opportunities to serve the customer while addressing customer support requests and perform outbound sales activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Book incoming orders from case queue, Internal Order and mySchneider (E2E Resolution, Productivity)
Review accuracy and completeness in booking requirements of incoming Purchase Order as endorsed by customer and sales team
Works closely with Fulfillment and Project Coordinators to manage order and process them in a timely manner
Help in managing assignment of order booking cases to Order Management
Raise IT ticket for system error and monitor progress (Resolution Time – 50% of E2E)
Monitor open order tracking and make sure that all orders tracking are being actioned (Responsiveness – 50% and Resolution Time – 50% of E2E Resolution)
Manage order booking related chat inquiry via MSTeams
Create Credit Order Type and ICC for OM related cases
Handle escalations resulting from order administration errors (Critical Escalation)
Prioritize order booking during month-end, quarter-end, year-end to ensure countries are supported in maximizing their booking. Work closely with Country Order Management in updating countries on the booking updates during closing
Raise tickets for part number set-up
Ensure Booking Guide is updated in case there are updates and improvements
Perform Demo on Order Booking in case the needed by business
Perform order booking process in the testing environment in case there are improvements or projects
Support process improvement, tools improvement, and service level improvement relating to order process
Other adhoc tasks relating or Order Management Process

Qualifications:
Fresh Graduates are welcome (Bachelor's Degree)
Strong verbal and written communication skills can work independently and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Flexible and willing to work additional hours during high peak volume times during each month end, quarter end, and year end.
Able to deal with stressful situations & multiple conflicting priorities and strong ability to multitask and work in fast paced, constantly changing environment.
Able to work well with people.
Organization and problem-solving skills with attention to detail is highly desired.
