About the role

As a Cross Domain Data Migration Manager – Core Banking Transformation, you will lead the end‑to‑end data migration strategy for a major transformation program. You will oversee legacy data assessment, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and migration into Oracle FLEXCUBE and Finastra GPP, ensuring data integrity, business continuity, and successful cutover execution.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

Data Migration Strategy & Planning

Develop the overall data migration strategy and roadmap.

Define mapping and transformation rules across multiple banking domains.

Coordinate migration planning, rehearsals, and cutover activities.

Legacy Data Analysis & Cleansing

Lead legacy data assessment, cleansing, and validation activities.

Ensure zero data loss during migration through rigorous controls.

Validate migrated data and support post‑go‑live stabilisation.

Risk & Issue Management

Manage migration risks, issues, and dependencies.

Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to resolve challenges.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to align migration activities.

Provide clear communication and updates throughout the migration lifecycle.

Experience

You have 12+ years of experience in enterprise data migration.

You have strong experience with Core Banking Transformation projects.

You have led large‑scale migration cutovers successfully.

Technical Expertise

You are experienced in migrating data to Oracle FLEXCUBE and/or Finastra GPP.

You have strong understanding of banking data models and migration methodologies.

You are skilled in defining mapping, transformation, and validation rules.

You collaborate effectively with business, technology, and vendor teams.

You communicate clearly and manage stakeholders with confidence.

You are detail‑oriented and disciplined in ensuring data integrity.
