About the role

As a CASA Subject Matter Expert – Oracle FLEXCUBE, you will support a Core Banking Transformation program by defining and validating CASA and General Ledger workflows across multiple banking platforms. You will ensure accounting accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business and finance requirements, collaborating with stakeholders across technology and operations.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

CASA & General Ledger Expertise

Define and validate CASA business processes and workflows.

Analyse General Ledger accounting flows across core banking systems.

Ensure accounting accuracy and compliance with banking standards.

Solution Design & Documentation

Support fit‑gap analysis and solution design for core banking transformation.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.

Assess responsibilities between legacy platforms and Oracle FLEXCUBE.

Testing & Implementation Support

Collaborate with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to validate solutions.

Support testing, data validation, and implementation activities.

Provide guidance to ensure smooth migration and transformation outcomes.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure adherence to regulatory and banking compliance standards.

Maintain documentation and audit readiness for transformation initiatives.

Experience

You have 12–15 years of experience in banking and financial services.

You have strong expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE.

You have experience in core banking implementation or transformation projects.

Technical Expertise

You have deep understanding of CASA operations and General Ledger processes.

You are skilled in fit‑gap analysis, workflow validation, and solution design.

You are proficient in preparing BRDs and functional documentation.

You demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

You collaborate effectively with business, finance, and technology teams.

You are detail‑oriented and disciplined in ensuring compliance and accuracy.
