What You’ll be doing:

Manage the warehouse teams' daily activities, including resource allocation, capability, and deployment.

Deliver consistent business performance and standards across the end-to-end warehouse operation.

Manage and maintain external relationships with various stakeholders, including stores.

Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operations.

Monitor and implement compliance and support the People Plan using an HR business model.

Proven track record of leading and acting as a role model to inspire a large team to deliver outstanding results.

Strong understanding of policies and processes related to people management, safety, health, and environment, with the ability to apply them effectively.

Skilled at identifying opportunities for process improvement and presenting this information to drive positive change.

Confident in making decisions in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, while being open to innovative approaches.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders and foster a collaborative team culture.
