What We're Looking For:

Information Security Management

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: – Develops strategy for analyzing business needs and priorities required for protection of critical

systems and operational policies. – Executes strategy to implement appropriate standards and criteria for hardware, software, email and

web firewall, access and encryption requirements. – Proactively evaluates potential business impacts from security breaches and provides strategic and

tactical guidance to business decision-makers. – Guides and develops managers and business to understand company policies and market trends to

ensure the efficient operation of the function. – Strategically partners with internal and external parties to address current and potential security

issues, including Professional Services and outsourcing functions. – Encourages cooperation among managers and business, leading by example.

Job Requirements

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced Degree preferred.

Preferred Work Experience (years): Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT or equivalent discipline

with at least 5 years of management experience.

Key Skills and Competencies:  Ability to manage leaders of others

 Experience managing budgets

 Ability to apply strategic concepts for process

improvement

 Demonstrate regular interactions with Senior

management or executive levels on matters concerning

several functional areas, business units, and/or

customers

 Experience with technical and leadership skill
