RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Managing the daily operations of multiple departments/sections

· Managing Profitability of the departments

· Management & Development of staff

· Quality management

· Stock management

· Achieving high operational standards

· Ensuring that merchandising & displays are of a high standard

· Driving high level of customer service

· Implementing promotions

· Reviewing reports and providing feedback and insights

CRITERIA NEEDED:

· 3 years experience in Retail Management

· Computer literate

· Excellent negotiation skills

· Proven leadership abilities management of staff

· Must be self motivated and assertive

· A successful track record in sales, profit management, stock management including purchase management, merchandise control, tactical and strategic planning

· Must be organised, efficient, creative and assertive with strong communication skills on all levels

· Own transport and valid license is required
