We turn creative content into intelligent assets that accelerate personalization and drive measurable business outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Bynder is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead Workspace Batch Uploads, our newest batch ingestion capability for bringing assets into the Bynder platform at scale. This role owns the end-to-end ingestion experience: the Workspace Batch Uploads solution itself, the Asset domain and the APIs that support it, and the processing pipeline that runs on upload.

This is a pivotal role focused on the scalability, performance, reliability, and extensibility of how assets enter the platform, including upload orchestration, file processing through converters and extractors, metadata extraction, validation, and asset lifecycle on ingestion. You’ll collaborate closely with our technical platform teams and the teams delivering user-facing experiences to create robust solutions and APIs tailored to the complex, high-volume ingestion needs of our enterprise customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Strategy and direction: Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Workspace Batch Uploads and the broader Asset domain and ingestion capabilities, setting clear direction that aligns with Bynder’s strategic business goals

Shape ingestion and processing direction: Set the desired outcomes for batch ingestion and the on-upload processing pipeline (converters, extractors, metadata extraction, validation, and asset lifecycle), partnering with Bynder architects and technical champions to translate that direction into a sound technical approach

Own the API strategy: Set the vision and standards for the ingestion and asset APIs, working with architects and engineering to keep them scalable, developer-friendly, and consistent across the platform

Partner with architects and technical champions: Collaborate closely with Bynder’s architects, technical champions, platform and engineering teams, UX designers, and QA to pressure-test direction, surface trade-offs, and deliver cohesive, high-quality outcomes

Customer-centric approach: Engage proactively with internal stakeholders as key customers, as well as external customers, partners, and system integrators, to capture feedback on ingestion and upload needs, validate decisions, and respond effectively to evolving market needs

Technology and market awareness: Stay close to industry trends and best practices in batch ingestion, file conversion, extraction, asset processing, and lifecycle management, drawing on Bynder’s technical experts to inform strategy and keep Bynder competitive and innovative

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Product leadership: 5+ years in product management, with a track record of owning strategy, direction, and roadmaps for platform or developer-facing products (technical product management experience a plus)

API and platform fluency: Solid understanding of RESTful API design and developer experience, enough to set direction and partner credibly with architects on scalable, developer-friendly APIs

Technical fluency: Comfortable engaging on backend, platform, and architectural topics, with enough grasp of the trade-offs to set direction alongside architects and engineering. Exposure to ingestion, file processing, or data pipeline domains is a plus, not a requirement

Communication skills: Strong ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment

Collaborative mindset: Demonstrated skill in building alignment, influencing without direct authority, and driving consensus across architects, engineering, and product teams

Agility and adaptability: Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with experience managing iterative product development cycles

Problem-solving skills: Ability to proactively identify opportunities, troubleshoot challenges, and quickly iterate toward solutions in complex technical environments

Curiosity and drive: A self-starter with a passion for exploring the latest AI tools, staying on top of industry developments, and continuously pushing boundaries

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; a background in a technical field is a plus
