About the role

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare, mix, knead, proof, shape, and bake various types of bread and dough products

Follow standardized recipes and production procedures

Ensure consistent product quality, taste, and appearance

Operate bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, proofing cabinets, etc.)

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation in compliance with food safety standards (HACCP / GMP if applicable)

Monitor ingredient inventory and report shortages

Assist in daily production planning and batch scheduling

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
