Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Management or related field
1–2 years of experience in Document Controller role
Proficiency in software (e.g., Word, Excel Outlook), familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail and a high level of discretion for confidential files
Good communication, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Role Summary:
The Document Controller is responsible to manage the organization's critical information and documentation. To oversee document control procedures, maintain Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), enforce version control to ensure teams use only approved, up-to-date files, and track document lifecycles from creation through to archival. Document Controller to also be responsible to integrate data and document management with SAP/IDD.
Key Responsibilities:
To track, control and log incoming/outgoing documents using strict naming conventions
To manage and ensure correct versions of documents. Ensure historical document versions are archived or marked obsolete while the latest approved versions are accessible to authorized personnel
Check quality and compliance of documents for accuracy, completeness and required signatures in compliance with ISO standards and legal record-retention regulations
Disseminate files and technical drawings/documents to relevant stakeholders, clients and project teams and record via transmittals
Maintain and update digital databases and platforms like SAP/IDD
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

This Finance role pays $30k-$36k/yr. Within typical range for finance roles in Singapore.
