Description:
The Partnerships and New Revenue Assistant Manager plays a critical role in building strategic partnerships, unlocking new revenue opportunities, and driving growth for iShopChangi through innovative collaborations, marketing sponsorships, and end-to-end partnerships campaign execution. This position requires proven track records in strategic partnerships and new revenue initiatives, as well as experience in managing end to end commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize, evaluate, and pilot new commercial initiatives, strategic partnerships, and revenue-generating opportunities that contribute to iShopChangi’s growth objectives.
Proactively identify, source, and engage prospective partners to drive incremental revenue opportunities and new customer acquisition.
Lead commercial negotiations with prospective partners and draft partnership agreements to formalize collaboration terms.
Source and secure marketing sponsorships and co-funding opportunities to optimize marketing investments and reduce campaign costs.
Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and onboarding to campaign execution, performance review, and relationship management, to drive long-term platform growth.
Develop and adapt creative briefs for online and offline marketing assets to support the successful execution of partnership campaigns.
Plan, secure, and coordinate marketing communication touchpoints across relevant channels to ensure timely delivery of partnership commitments.
Cross-collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to ensure all partnership agreements comply with internal governance, commercial, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key partnership performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
Oversee the end-to-end invoicing, billing, and financial reconciliation process for partnership initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
Requirements
Minimally 4 years of partnerships, loyalty/reward programmes and/or business developmentexperience.
Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships and securing incremental revenue opportunities, customer acquisition outcomes and/or marketing sponsorships.
Experience managing commercial partnerships with accountability for revenue growth and campaign performance.
Experience in negotiating commercial agreements and partnership terms with external stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build effective partnerships internally and externally.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Positive attitude and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within crossfunctional teams.
Experience in e-Commerce, digital platforms, loyalty programmes, travel retail, fintech or marketing partnerships will be advantageous.
