Job Summary

Our front-of-house crew delivers excellent customer service and hospitality to ensure every guest feels comfortable and satisfied during their visit. This role suits team players passionate about the F&B industry.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and deliver friendly, efficient service to enhance their café experience

Provide accurate menu recommendations to assist customers in their choices

Process customer orders accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system to ensure smooth transactions

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and serving of all items

Set and clear tables efficiently during meal periods to maintain a clean and welcoming environment

Support the shift manager in planning and organizing special events to enhance customer engagement

Communicate customer feedback promptly to the shift manager for continuous service improvement

Adhere strictly to food and beverage safety and hygiene standards to maintain a safe environment

Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager to support café operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the F&B or retail industry to contribute practical knowledge

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team player with a friendly and approachable attitude

High initiative and a positive attitude to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work on weekends and public holidays to meet operational needs

Commitment to working a minimum of 3 days per week to ensure consistent team support
