About the role
As Culture & Engagement Program Manager, you are responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global Culture & Engagement programs that drive employee engagement, strengthen organizational culture, enable managers, and support workforce wellbeing.
You partner with HR leaders, HR Business Partners, Communications, Corporate Affairs, and business stakeholders to develop scalable programs, translate employee insights into action, and ensure consistent deployment across the organization. Combining strategic thinking with strong execution capability, you drive measurable outcomes that support business performance and employee experience.

You will lead global Culture & Engagement initiatives across engagement, culture, employee listening and wellbeing:
Culture & Engagement Programs
Design and implement enterprise-wide engagement, culture, wellbeing, and recognition programs
Drive initiatives that strengthen employee connection, belonging, collaboration, and performance
Develop frameworks, toolkits, and governance models that enable sustainable adoption
Ensure alignment between Culture & Engagement initiatives and business priorities
Leadership & Manager Enablement
Develop programs that equip managers to drive engagement and team effectiveness
Support leadership engagement activities, listening forums, and enterprise communication moments
Partner with HR and business leaders to strengthen accountability for employee engagement outcomes
Stakeholder Management & Governance
Act as a key advisor to HR leaders and business stakeholders on Culture & Engagement topics
Lead cross-functional working groups and governance forums
Coordinate deployment across HR Business Partners, local HR teams, and functional stakeholders
Manage external vendors and strategic partnerships where required
Employee Listening & Insights
Lead global engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and employee listening programs
Translate employee feedback and organizational insights into actionable recommendations
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting employee engagement and organizational health
Review engagement outcomes with HR leaders and support follow-up action planning
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Define and monitor success measures, KPIs, and program impact
Develop executive-ready insights, dashboards, and reports
Drive continuous improvement through data, employee feedback, and best-practice benchmarking
This is you
You are a strategic and results-oriented HR professional with experience designing and implementing people programs in complex organizations:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Employee Experience, Culture & Engagement, Organizational Development, HR Programs, Change Management, or related disciplines
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide programs and stakeholder networks
Experience with employee listening, engagement surveys, culture initiatives, or wellbeing programs
Strong project and program management capability with demonstrated ability to drive execution across multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
Experience preparing executive-level presentations and recommendations
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in a global matrix environment
Fluent English communication skills
Experience with Power BI, employee listening platforms, change management, or organizational development methodologies is a plus
