Per rafforzare il team di Randstad Box nella sua area di progettazione, stiamo cercando una risorsa con il ruolo di designer delle esperienze e dei progetti di formazione, che assumerà il job title di Randstad Box specialist

Cosa farai concretamente:

Progettazione di percorsi di formazione ed orientamento per genZ e gen Alpha

Interfaccia con figure sales in merito all’analisi dei bisogni formativi dei clienti

Supporto nell’erogazione dei percorsi di formazione

Gestione e monitoraggio della delivery dei progetti

Requisiti

Diploma di scuola superiore o Laurea

Esperienza professionale dai 2 a 4 anni in ambito progettazione di contenuti

Gradita la provenienza da società di consulenza e da esperienze di progettazione di formazione e delivery complesse

Interesse per il settore HR e settore orientamento

Cosa offriamo

Contratto iniziale a tempo determinato, ccnl terziario-commercio (4 o 3 livello)

RAL: 25-29K

Orario full time dal lunedì al venerdì
