Summary: Designs, develops, modifies, debugs and evaluates programs for functional areas, including but not limited to finance, human resources, manufacturing and marketing. Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system.

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our development team as Java Developers. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Java programming, Spring Boot, and SQL, along with good analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidates should be eager to learn, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about building high-quality software applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Write efficient SQL queries and work with relational databases.

Participate in coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting applications.

Collaborate with team members to design and implement software solutions.

Learn and follow coding standards, best practices, and software development processes.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.

Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.

Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

Familiarity with REST APIs and Git is an added advantage.

Good Knowledge in PLSQL, Angular JS/Node JS
