We're looking for a motivated Business Developer who enjoys building relationships, discovering opportunities, closing deals, and turning market insights into commercial success.

This is a role for someone who already has commercial experience, enjoys taking ownership, and wants to grow in an international environment where initiative and entrepreneurial thinking are valued.

What You'll Build

Grow the business: Identify new commercial opportunities, develop prospects, and help Zovea Pet Care in existing and emerging markets.

Create lasting partnerships: Build and develop relationships with customers and partners, establishing long-term collaborations that drive mutual growth and strengthen Zovea Pet Care's position in the market.

Develop your trading mindset: Stay close to market developments, pricing, supply and demand, and commercial trends. Use your curiosity and market knowledge to identify opportunities and support successful deals.

Drive new business: Manage the sales process from prospecting and first conversations through negotiation, closing deals, and developing long-term relationships. Spend real time in the field, visiting prospects and attending trade fairs across Benelux, Scandinavia, and the UK.

Connect people and opportunities: Build your network, meet new partners, and create value through strong communication and commercial curiosity.

Own your opportunities: Take responsibility for your pipeline, your customers, and your results while continuing to develop your commercial skills.

Who We're Looking For

2–4 years of international B2B sales, trading, business development, account management, or similar commercial experience within FMCG or OOH.

Comfortable travelling 30-40% of your time to visit prospects and attend fairs across Benelux, Scandinavia, and the UK.

Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.

Commercially curious with an interest in markets, pricing, supply chains, and opportunities.

Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, hands-on, and eager to take ownership.

A natural connector who enjoys meeting people and building networks.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excited to learn about the pet care industry and grow together with Zovea Pet Care.

What You Get

On-target earnings of €55,000–€70,000.
