Production Engineer

Where You’ll Make a Difference

Ensure production safety by implementing procedures and maintaining compliance with EHS and local regulations

Participate in risk assessments, incident investigations, and follow-up corrective actions

Monitor production performance (output, yield, OEE) to ensure stable operations

Provide technical support to operators and resolve daily production issues

Analyze process and equipment abnormalities, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions

Optimize process parameters to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality

Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, TPM)

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, support training, and analyze production data for performance reporting

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production, process engineering, or manufacturing environment

Solid knowledge of production processes and equipment troubleshooting

Familiar with EHS requirements and safety management in manufacturing operations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify root causes and drive solutions

Experience in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives

Good communication and coordination skills, able to work cross-functionally with different teams

Proficient in English for daily work communication (written and verbal)

How Would You Stand Out?

Experience with Lean / Six Sigma / TPM or other continuous improvement methodologies

Experience in food, chemical, or flavor & fragrance manufacturing industry

Familiar with SAP or other production/ERP systems
