As our Hoarding division continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced NSW Operations Manager to lead our New South Wales operations and help shape the future of the business.

About the Role

The NSW Operations Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our NSW Hoarding business, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Working closely with the General Manager, Business Development team, Project Managers, Supervisors and warehouse staff, you will oversee project delivery from planning through to completion while driving operational performance, developing your team and maintaining outstanding customer relationships.

This role is ideal for an experienced operational leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving systems and creating a positive culture where people take pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop the NSW Operations team.

Oversee the successful delivery of hoarding projects from award through to completion.

Coordinate labour, scheduling, equipment and project resources.

Work closely with the Sales team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to project delivery.

Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.

Monitor project performance, budgets and operational efficiencies.

Identify and proactively manage operational risks.

Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and service delivery.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and WHS requirements.

Mentor Project Managers, Supervisors and operational team members.

Foster a positive, accountable and collaborative team culture.

About You

To be successful in this role you will be a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems and delivering exceptional operational outcomes.

You will also have:

Proven experience leading operational teams within construction, infrastructure, hire, temporary works or a related industry.

Strong project planning, scheduling and resource management experience.

Demonstrated leadership experience developing high-performing teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong commercial awareness and decision-making ability.

The ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure.

A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.

A strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance.

Current driver’s licence.
