As an experienced Commissioning Engineer with strong audio-visual, audio systems and networking expertise, you’ll take on a senior role within our Engineering team and be that go-to person for your fellow colleagues and clients. You will ensure that client expectations and scope requirements are met with a high level of quality control across our project developments. You’ll be hands on and lead commissioning activities while working directly with clients on-site to deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the commissioning of AV/UC spaces, audio systems, and integrated technology solutions onsite and in workshop environments.

Configure, test and troubleshoot network-connected AV devices and systems.

Commission and optimise DSP, audio conferencing, and sound reinforcement systems.

Develop and maintain system documentation.

Perform detailed QA checks, user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project success.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

Deep knowledge of AV systems, professional audio technologies and UC platforms.

Solid understanding of serial comms, AV network integration, and control protocols.

Experience commissioning DSP platforms, audio conferencing systems, and sound reinforcement solutions.

Relevant qualifications in Electronics, Engineering or Computer Science.

Driver’s License and willingness to travel to client sites.

Ability to lead on-site engagements and communicate effectively with clients.

CCNA certification preferred.

Programming skills in C-like languages, Python, C#, HTML5, JavaScript, or React are desirable.
