Legal Consultant - Vietnamese Speaker

We are currently seeking to hire Vietnamese speaking Legal Consultants to join our ranks and support various Fortune 500 clients, role to be based in Singapore:

This position requires being based in Singapore or Hong Kong, and is ideal for legal professionals with excellent / native Vietnamese fluency, who are looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities

Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to provide commercially tailored support

Providing practical legal advice on transactional matters while aligning with business goals and initiatives

Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and other agreements across various business lines

Maintaining and updating documentation with most recent regulatory requirements

Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies where required

Qualifications:

Experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.

Excellent / native ability to read and write in English and Vietnamese (essential)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
