Legal Consultant - Real Estate Investment, Fortune 500

Axiom, the leading provider of on-demand legal talent globally, is seeking a Legal Consultant - Real estate Investment to support our global 500 client in the Financial services sector:

Responsibilities:

Lead and support corporate real estate transactions across APAC, including acquisitions, disposals and joint venture investments

Manage all legal aspects of transaction execution, including legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating SPAs, JV agreements and ancillary documents, and advising on legal and commercial risk.

Partner with deals team, asset management and other internal stakeholders, and instruct, supervise and coordinate external counsel to ensure efficient and timely deal completion.

Key Requirements

7 + PQE with strong experience in corporate real estate or M&A, preferably with cross‑border APAC transaction experience.

Demonstrated ability to independently manage real estate deals from term sheet to completion, including leading negotiations and overseeing due diligence and documentation.

Strong commercial judgment, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver clear, pragmatic legal advice under time pressure to senior business stakeholders.
