Legal Consultant - Real Estate, Fortune 100

Axiom, the leading provider of on-demand legal talent globally, is seeking a Legal Consultant - Real Estate to provide mid-to-long-term support for our Fortune 100 client:

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day legal support on real estate matters across APAC, covering both operational issues and strategic projects.

Draft, review and negotiate leases and related documents for retail stores, offices, distribution centres and data centres.

Advise on landlord and facilities matters, including asset management, operational disputes and maintenance issues.

Support and, where appropriate, lead complex cross-border real estate transactions and negotiations.

Partner closely with business stakeholders across APAC to ensure consistent, commercially focused advice across the region.

Requirements

Minimum 3 PQE from common law jurisdictions with a focus in real estate legal experience/practice. More experienced applicants are also welcome.

APAC leasing and commercial property transactions experience are an asset. Expereience covering China / Australia would be a bonus.

Strong drafting, negotiation skills

Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin skills is a bonus but not essential

No travel required
