Legal Consultant - Financial Services (Derivatives/ISDA)

We are currently looking for experienced Legal professionals within financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory to work with our Fortune 500 clients in Singapore!

Minimum Qualifications:

Legal professional with 4-8(+) years PQE with a focus in financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory frameworks.

preferably with a specialization in power and carbon emissions trading but not required

comprehensive experience with ISDA documentation

Responsibilities:

The successful consultant will lead master documentation negotiations (ISDA, etc, ensuring precise and accurate documentation throughout the process).

They will provide expertise on financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory frameworks, with a specialization in power and carbon emissions trading.

Serving as the primary point of contact for counterparties during negotiations, the candidate will also collaborate with internal departments to streamline the process and enhance efficiency.

They will build and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel, counterparties, and other key stakeholders to support successful outcomes.
