Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts (Part-time)

We are currently seeking Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts to support our F500 clients:

Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice and guidance on commercial matters, including contract negotiation, drafting, and review.

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify legal risks and considerations in commercial transactions.

Qualifications:

Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements

Familiarity with a wide range of commercial contracts, such as service agreements, IP licensing agreements, software agreements, supply and procurement agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
