Legal Consultant - Asset Management / Securities

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant - Asset Management / Securities to join our team and support our financial insitution clients.

Responsibilities

Provide legal support on asset management, securities brokerage, and wealth management activities across region

Draft, review, and negotiate key documentation, including fund constitutive documents, investment management and distribution agreements, and brokerage/trading agreements (e.g., ISDA, futures, and options).

Review client‑facing and marketing materials for funds, portfolios, and wealth management products, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Monitor regulatory developments, update internal policies/templates, and deliver training to business and support teams on securities and asset management legal issues.

Requirements (3 bullets)

1-4 years of post‑qualification experience, expeirenced in securities, funds, or asset management law at a reputable law firm or financial institution.

Excellent contract drafting and communication skills in English and Chinese, ideally including Mandarin proficiency
