What You'll Bring

6–8+ years' experience in corporate or integrated marketing, ideally within travel, hospitality, tourism or a customer-focused industry.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver commercial outcomes.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data, measure performance and make informed marketing decisions.

Experience managing marketing budgets, agency relationships and cross-functional stakeholder partnerships.

Knowledge of CRM, digital marketing, customer lifecycle marketing and marketing automation platforms.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences and delivering measurable business results.
