Senior Associate, Workers' Compensation

This role is hybrid out of Pennsauken, NJ-minimum of 1 day per week in office

We’re seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster who shares our mission of caring for people — ensuring that every claim is handled with empathy, integrity, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and resolve workers’ compensation claims with compassion and fairness, from first report through closure

Partner with employees and service office leadership to support safe recovery and return to work.

Collaborate with Third Party Administrator to ensure claims are handled effectively and brought to the most cost-effective resolution.

Handle a caseload of 100 – 150 active Workers’ Compensation claims, including litigated claims.

What You’ll Bring:

3+ years of workers’ compensation adjusting experience

Strong understanding of workers’ compensation laws and best practices

Excellent communication and active listening skills — with a genuine desire to help others

Ability to mentor and train others

Base Salary: $70,000 - $82,000 / year depending on qualifications
