Analista de Presupuesto

As budget analyst, you will analyze, consolidate, and monitoring plant expenses, supporting budget management processes, and providing financial insights that allow decision-making across the business.

You will partner with leaders from Operations, Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other important functions to ensure budget accuracy, compliance, and financial visibility for our TPX and CIC sites.

You will report to Controllership.

Key Responsibilities

You will monitor plant expense performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

You will prepare detailed financial analyses by account, expense category, cost center, and department.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including provisions, accruals, and reclassifications.

Consolidate and validate financial information to provide relevant insights for business leaders and management teams.

You will help with the annual budgeting process, ensuring accurate integration of fixed and variable expenses across cost centers.

Track budget execution and support budget reallocations, advances, and extraordinary operational requirements.

You will develop reports, dashboards, and financial presentations to support decision-making.

You will partner with other teams to record expenses and align them with company policies and accounting standards.

Review large datasets to identify discrepancies, validate information, and improve financial controls.

You will support continuous improvement projects related to budgeting, reporting, and financial processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, or related roles.

Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis, and chart creation.

Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, internal controls, and auditing practices.

We prefer experience with Oracle ERP.

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
