Prepare below Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD) ,User Stories, Acceptance Criteria ,Process Flows ,Data Mapping Specifications

Perform impact analysis across upstream and downstream applications.

Solution Design Support

Elicit and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.

Testing & Validation

Support Governance & risk activities from delivery prespective.

Skills and Experience

Must-have Skills

Financial Markets domain experience.

Trade Lifecycle understanding

SQL and Data Analysis

Other Skills

API and Interface understanding

Azure DevOps (ADO)

Data Mapping and Message Structures.

Requirements elicitation and documentation.

Qualifications

Key Experiences

This role requires strong domain knowledge in Financial Markets Post-Trade processing, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate in a complex global environment

Certifications/Qualifications

MBA or BE/BTech or BSc (with experience as business/system analyst Financial Domain/Banking/FinTech experience)

5+ years as business/system analyst in Financial Domain/Banking/FinTech

Excellent knowledge in Financial markets, various financial market products (especially Fx, money market and other fixed income products including derivatives)

The ability to work directly with Operations and Business teams to understand current processes

Working experience in agile team, and writing user stories

Certifications like CFA is a plus
