About the Role

We are looking for a data driven, customer focused Product Owner to own the experience and performance of our high traffic lead generation website. Every visitor interaction on our site, from landing page to form submission, directly drives revenue. This role sits at the intersection of UI/UX, data analysis, and Agile product delivery.

You will be the person who looks at a funnel drop off, forms a hypothesis about why it is happening, designs a test to validate it, and works with design and engineering to ship the fix, then measures the impact. This is not a role for someone who just writes tickets. It is for someone who thinks like a conversion strategist and executes like a Product Owner.

What You Will Do:

Conversion Optimization and Product Analytics (Core Focus):

Own the performance of key website funnels, including landing pages, forms, and conversion paths, with conversion rate as your north star metric.

Analyze user behavior, session data, drop off points, and on site engagement to identify friction and opportunity.

Form data backed hypotheses and translate them into a prioritized experimentation roadmap.

Define, launch, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests, and make clear ship, kill, or iterate calls based on results.

Partner with design and engineering to turn insights into shipped UI/UX improvements such as page layout, form design, copy, page speed, mobile experience, and trust signals.

Report on outcomes in terms stakeholders care about, including conversion lift, lead volume, lead quality, and revenue impact.

Product Vision and Roadmap:

Translate business goals, such as more leads, better lead quality, and higher conversion, into a clear, prioritized backlog.

Build and maintain a roadmap focused on funnel and website enhancements.

Keep an eye on competitor sites and industry UX and CRO trends, and bring relevant ideas back to the team.

Requirements and Documentation:

Turn business needs and test hypotheses into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Prepare lightweight, useful Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that are clear enough for engineering and design to build from, without unnecessary overhead.

Maintain release notes and document key product and test decisions and their outcomes, so learnings compound over time.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as the main link between business stakeholders and the development team.

Present roadmap progress and experiment results in a way that is clear to both technical and non technical audiences.

Manage expectations on scope, timelines, and trade offs, and know when to push back on a request that will not move the needle on conversion.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Design, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2 to 4 years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, CRO Specialist, or similar role, ideally with direct exposure to high traffic websites, landing pages, or lead generation funnels.

A track record of using data to improve conversion, not just shipping features, but proving they worked.

Solid experience with Agile/Scrum, including backlog management, sprint planning, and writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Experience with website conversion optimization strongly preferred.

Skills:

Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and how design decisions affect user behavior and conversion.

Comfortable reading and interpreting web analytics, session recordings, heatmaps, and A/B test results to draw actionable conclusions. Specific tools matter less than the underlying analytical thinking.

Working knowledge of Agile tooling such as JIRA or similar. This is a good to have, not a must have, as long as you understand iterative, sprint based product development.

Basic technical literacy, including an understanding of APIs, databases, and web architecture well enough to have informed conversations with engineering.

How You Work:

Genuinely customer centric. You want to understand why users behave the way they do, not just what the numbers say.

Strong communicator who can present data and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at every level.

Decisive prioritizer, comfortable making trade off calls with incomplete information.

Leads through influence. You will not manage this team directly, but you drive alignment and momentum anyway.

Comfortable in a fast moving environment where hypotheses get tested and iterated quickly.
