Job Summary

Job Description for Level 3 Support Engineer in ITX/WTX Team for StateFarm Insurance

Should have experience and knowledge in installation, migration and configuration of IBM ITX 9.0 , ITX 10.1 & Latest Versions.

Should be Proficient in mapping and developing maps and components for IIB integration with ITX 9.0 & 10.

Should have working experience and knowledge in components like type tree designer and map designer.

Should have working knowledge in development of EDIFACT, ANSI X12 transactions mappings.

Should have working knowledge in working with EDI transactions.

Should have working knowledge for Analysis, Coding, Review for new Mapping/enhancement requirements.

Should have experience in various data transformations like Fixed, CSV, XML, Flat Files and JSON.

Should have experience in integration testing tool, code development and deployments.

Should be able to Develop mapping specifications to create maps for diverse transformations, such as converting EDI to flat files, EDI to XML, and vice versa.

Should be able to Perform transformations from proprietary formats to EDI, XML etc.

Should be able to Define and configure msls (Mercator system launchers) for job scheduling and configuring resource registry for various environments.

Should be able to migrate the environment for Trading Manager to ITXA

Experience: 10+ years

Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters plus relevant product certifications will be good to have

Key Responsibilities

1. To ensure on-time resolution & quality compliance of escalated tickets/incident as per the agreed SLA

2. To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators/team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as & when required.

3. To validate Change Order Implementation Plan & Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning

4. To ensure positive customer feedback & satisfaction through active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced

5. To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders
