Lead Generation Specialist

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join one of toogeza’s clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

— Launch and manage outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn) — Operate and maintain automation tools (HubSpot, Reply.io http://Reply.io, and related tools) — Build and update contact lists based on ICP and segmentation criteria — Continuously test messaging hypotheses (A/B testing across audiences and triggers) — Monitor campaign performance (open rate, reply rate, booked calls, conversion stages) — Analyze funnel metrics and optimize campaigns based on data — Add and manage accounts within automation systems — Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure correct lead status tracking — Support follow-ups and light nurture communication before demo stage — Collaborate with Founder to implement new growth hypotheses

REQUIREMENTS:

— Basic experience with outbound automation tools or strong willingness to learn — Understanding of outbound fundamentals (segmentation, messaging, funnels) or readiness to learn quickly — Enjoys structured, operational work and building clear processes — Comfortable working under supervision with regular reporting — Proactive mindset and willingness to experiment — English proficiency at least B1
