Financial Analyst (DP)

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join one of Toogeza’s clients.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll be the key figure for budgeting, expense control, and financial transparency within the operations. Your work will directly support decision-making and help establish a culture of financial discipline in the company.

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have:

- 2–4+ years of experience in finance, audit, FP&A, or controlling

- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

- Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, reconciliations

- Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, proactive approach

- English: b1

Nice-to-Have:

- Background in Big Four (especially audit/transaction services)

- Experience in digital B2C or iGaming business models

- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) — user level

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Budgeting: Collaborate with key stakeholders (marketing, affiliate, media buying, etc.) to set and manage departmental budgets

- P&L Monitoring: Perform plan-vs-actual analysis, build dashboards, identify and explain variances

- Expense Control: Track and verify departmental spending, affiliate payments, and bonus structures

- Model Maintenance: Update and support existing financial models provided by management

- Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly financial presentations and operational summaries

- Payments Analysis: Assess cost structures of PSPs, simulate cost impact scenarios

- Cross-functional Support: Work with CRM, affiliate, support, and creative departments on shared financial initiatives
