DH Pace Company Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Entry Level Purchasing Admin to join our Purchasing Department in Coppell, TX. This administrative role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Contact vendors by phone and email to obtain pricing, product, and order information.

Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.

Assist with processing purchase orders and tracking orders.

Communicate with vendors regarding order status, delivery schedules, and other purchasing-related inquiries.

Support the purchasing team with general administrative duties.

Organize and maintain files, spreadsheets, and purchasing data.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Expert attention to detail and great customer service skills.

Comfortable working independently and with a team.

Prioritize tasks and possess strong analytical skills.

Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.

Excellent communication skills.
